We receive information from the following sources:

Information we receive from customers, such as your name, address, telephone number, or Social Security number;

Information about customer's transactions with us, our affiliates, or others. We receive this information from lenders, real estate brokers, attorneys, or others; and

Information from public records.

All information that we receive from customers is held in strict confidence, and is not released to persons or entities outside of our firm except as provided in the agreements into which we enter which our customers have read and approved, or as otherwise agreed by customers, or as required by applicable law.

Please also note that we maintain customer's personal information, along with other information which we obtain, in our files and computers. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with the professional standards for such records.
