Florida Exchange is the approved qualified intermediary for exchange transactions in the like-kind exchange program of Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC ("The Fund"). Roger and Florida Exchange have participated in more than 2,200 exchange transactions, ranging in size from $25,000 to over $50 million. Roger is familiar with complex exchanges involving multiple parties and properties, build-to-suit exchanges, seller financing, and reverse exchanges.

Roger has over 22 years of experience in the closing of real estate transactions that involve tax-deferred exchanges and the escrow requirements of such exchanges. During that time he has worked with and advised clients in many like-kind exchanges.

Roger has practiced law in Florida since 1986. A graduate of the Temple University School of Law and of the Temple University School of Business Administration, substantially all of Roger’s work is devoted to real estate transactions, exchanges and related matters.

In addition to his legal experience, Roger has been an executive for a large private developer of commercial, residential and health care properties, and a hospital and health care administrator.

Roger is a member of The Fund and a member of The Fund's Palm Beach County Advisory Board.
