Schedule set for 2008 Seminars on Like-Kind Exchanges Under IRC Section 1031

April 12, 2008 --Florida Exchange and Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc. have announced the 2008 schedule for Seminars on Like-Kind Exchanges of Real Property under IRC Section 1031:

  1. June 25, 2008:             Fort Myers, Florida.  1:00PM.
  2. August 26, 2008:         West Palm Beach, Florida:  8:00AM
  3. November 13, 2008:   Gainesville, Florida:  8:00AM

Note:      Roger Pomerance, President of Florida Exchange and the lecturer at these seminars,  will also be at the Fund Assembly. Look for Roger at the Commercial Services booth in the Fund Expo.  He will be available to meet you, answer your exchange questions and provide materials.
