Florida Exchange can facilitate exchanges where improvements are to be constructed on the replacement property prior to conveyance of the property to the exchanger.

bulletDisbursement of funds for construction may be by the Escrow Operations Department of Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc., which has extensive experience in the management of construction escrows.  Alternatively, the exchanger's lender may make construction disbursements.
